Key responsibilities of Senior Full Stack Developer (Re - Announced):

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture & Platform Development: Design and build critical telecom platforms, including SIM activation tools, payment/recharge systems, Value-Added Services (VAS), subscriber management portals, and operational monitoring dashboards.
• Telecom Core Integration: Build robust APIs and integration layers to connect web services with core telecom infrastructure, including HLR/HSS, OCS/IN, SMSC, PCRF, and automated provisioning systems using REST, SOAP, SMPP, and Diameter protocols.
• Backend Systems & API Engineering: Develop scalable backend applications and high-performance REST/GraphQL APIs using Laravel, Node.js, and Python, incorporating queue-driven background processing via RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS.
• Database & Frontend Engineering: Design optimized database schemas for heavy telecom workloads; construct responsive admin portals, subscriber interfaces, and real-time dashboards using React, Vue.js, or Next.js with WebSockets/SSE.
• Microservices & Infrastructure: Implement modern microservices architectures, caching, database sharding, and throttling; containerize and deploy applications using Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines across legacy and modern setups.
• Security, Monitoring & Compliance: Enforce secure coding standards (OWASP/CIS), set up audit trails compliant with regulatory policies, and integrate structured logging, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Prometheus metrics.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct peer code reviews, mentor software engineering staff, and collaborate directly with BSS/OSS, Core Network, NOC/SOC, and Cybersecurity teams.

Job Requirment

Education & Experience:

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent professional experience (a Master’s degree is preferred).
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant software engineering experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, or at least 2 years of relevant experience for Master’s degree holders.

Technical & Domain Expertise:

• Core Technologies: High proficiency in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, and Python backend frameworks, combined with modern frontend technologies including React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Database & Caching: Advanced expertise in SQL database architecture (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Redis caching layers.
• Telecom & Microservices Engineering: Hands-on experience developing high-throughput, telecom-grade systems, microservices architectures, containerization (Docker), automated CI/CD pipelines, and secure API design.
• Messaging & Protocols: Practical familiarity with message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), SMPP messaging protocols, CDR processing, or telecom billing infrastructure.
• Cloud & Standards: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of TM Forum Open API standards.

Soft Skills & Operational Competencies:

• Languages: Professional fluency in English and at least one local language (Dari or Pashto), both written and spoken.
• Leadership & Adaptability: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, navigate organizational transitions, manage complex multi-priority projects, and meet tight deadlines.
