The Engineer - IT Product & Service Delivery ATOMA-Pay will have responsibilities that include:

• Coordinate the end-to-end implementation and delivery of ATOMA Pay products, services, and production releases.
• Design, configure, deploy, and support technical solutions, system integrations, and API connections with internal and external partners.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Manage UAT, production deployments, release activities, and change management processes.
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, and system performance while ensuring SLA compliance and resolving technical issues.
• Support security, patch management, disaster recovery, business continuity, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirment

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITIL framework, and Change Management principles.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Product Delivery, Service Delivery, Digital Payments, FinTech, or the Telecommunications industry.
• Hands-on experience with digital wallets, mobile money solutions, and payment gateway platforms.
• Proven experience in banking system integrations and third-party service integrations.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Information Security best practices.
