The App Developer will have responsibilities that include:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable Android and iOS mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.
• Build secure and user-friendly digital financial solutions, including mobile banking, customer onboarding, loan services, payments, KYC, and account management.
• Develop staff mobile applications to support field operations, client management, loan processing, and offline data collection.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend systems, APIs, payment services, OTP, notifications, and Core Banking Systems.
• Implement mobile security standards, including encryption, authentication, secure storage, and data protection practices.
• Create offline-capable applications with efficient data synchronization for low-connectivity environments.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and accessible mobile interfaces across Android and iOS platforms.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of mobile applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams through Agile development processes.
• Continuously improve digital solutions by adopting modern technologies and best practices.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree and relevant certifications are advantages).
• Strong experience in mobile app development using Flutter, Dart, React Native, Android, and iOS technologies.
• Proficiency in backend integration, APIs, databases, cloud services, version control, and mobile development tools.
• Experience with UI/UX tools, testing frameworks, and Agile project management platforms is preferred.
• Previous experience in FinTech, mobile banking, digital wallets, payment systems, and Core Banking integrations is highly desirable.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional mobile development experience with proven Android and iOS applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving technical knowledge.
