Financial Support of Open Doors Scholarship:
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to pursue their studies at a university of their choice in Russia and will be entitled to the following benefits:
- Complete Exemption from Tuition Fees
- Monthly Financial Allowance, determined by the host university
Important: Scholarship recipients must independently cover all costs related to travel, housing, insurance, and other personal needs.
Eligibility Requirements:
The 2025 Open Doors Russian Scholarship is available to applicants who fulfill the following conditions:
- The competition is open to foreign nationals, stateless individuals, and compatriots permanently residing outside Russia.
- Applicants must hold official documents confirming their secondary education, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree. Candidates who have not yet received their final certificates may submit an academic transcript or another equivalent document verifying their educational level.
- Language of Participation: Applicants may complete the competition in either Russian or English.
