ICCR Fully Funded Scholarship 2026-27 for Afghanistan Students Bachelor

Eligibility Requirements:
- Open to Afghan citizens living inside or outside Afghanistan.
- Applicants must be aged between 18 and 35 years on July 1 of the academic year.
- Candidates should possess the necessary academic background required for their chosen program.
- Proficiency in English is essential, as all courses are delivered in the English language.
- Applicants should not be participating in any other e-VB scholarship program at the time of application.
Selection Process:
- Applications are initially submitted and recorded through the iLearn portal.
- Universities evaluate applicants based on eligibility requirements and academic qualifications.
- The Indian Mission in Kabul conducts identity verification.
- The final scholarship approval is granted by ICCR/MEA.Successful candidates receive an official confirmation from the university and are
- required to provide their acceptance.
