The Teller will have responsibilities that include:
- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, and daily cash reconciliation accurately.
- Verify customer identity, process KYC requirements, and ensure compliance with AML and DAB regulations.
- Process foreign exchange, Banker's Cheques, M-Paisa, Brishna, WHO, and UNICEF transactions.
- Maintain transaction records, safeguard cash drawer keys, and update daily operational registers.
- Deliver excellent customer service, support product cross-selling, and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in cash operations, with knowledge of banking procedures and operational policies.
- Strong communication, marketing, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English and local languages, along with solid computer proficiency.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and quick to learn with excellent reporting skills.
