Job Summary

• The Jobholder shall be accountable for the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Arranging monthly, quarterly and annual work plans in accordance with the work plan of the head of department
• Drafting all Department legal letters.
• Arranging a monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the work plan of the head of department.
• handling tasks related to legal procedure, overseeing courts documents preparing legal documents and keeping records.
• Assist in handling disputes, analyzing and identifying the legal issue and collaborate with advisors to complete the draft of legal documents.
• To develop attendance report and Computerizing of legal department’s correspondences.
• Writing of information from ICBA about accounts of Waseca holders in case of request, by advisors.
• Receiving of all branches Waseca and send its confirmation with legal observation back to relevant branches via email.
• Perform all other administrative duties within the legal department.
• Submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the head of the department.
• Perform other duties entrusted by the supervisors of Department in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives
• Any other related task given through Head of Departments

The Azizi Bank Jobs in Kabul, (Legal Officer) will have responsibilities that include:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in law and in a relevant field is required e.g. Legal Department
• Must have attorney license from any department which provide license
• Full command on both official languages of the country and English
• Intermediate computer literacy is required
• English Proficiency is preferred 
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in legal with proven ability to manage a set of processes, especially in Performance of legal cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
