The Technical Engineer will have responsibilities that include:

• Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and safety equipment, while ensuring efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operations.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate timely repairs to maintain facility performance.
• Lead and support the maintenance team by assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant operational standards, while promoting a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with external contractors, support maintenance planning and budgeting, assist with facility improvement projects, and perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirment

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Professional certifications, such as Fire Safety, will be considered an advantage.
