The Motion Graphic Manager will have responsibilities that include:
- Lead and coordinate the Post-Production Team to ensure video and animation projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor team members while maintaining consistent creative and visual quality.
- Develop realistic 3D designs and visualizations for Afghan Wireless retail stores in line with brand guidelines.
- Create, animate, and render 3D content using Autodesk Maya, Blender, and Cinema 4D.
- Produce and edit professional advertising videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Design and manage visual assets using Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and supervise filming activities, including shot composition, lighting, and production crews when required.
- Develop creative concepts, animation styles, and visual approaches for marketing campaigns.
- Oversee color grading, sound design, and final quality checks before media delivery.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure visual content supports campaign goals.
- Maintain an efficient workflow across pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirment
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in a senior or managerial position. Candidates with a Master’s degree require 4 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in Dari or Pashto and English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard creative and post-production software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, DaVinci Resolve, and Media Encoder.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, challenges, and work environments.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours when required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
