Key responsibilities of Motion Designer:
- Concept & Storyboard Development: Brainstorm creative concepts, develop storyboards, and design visual style frames aligned with campaign goals.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, promotional animations, title graphics, logo stingers, and engaging assets for social media and digital marketing channels.
- Design Standards & Brand Identity: Produce visual content compliant with modern advertising standards, brand guidelines, and platform-specific video ratios.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with videographers, video editors, and marketing teams to blend animated graphic elements into final video cuts.
- Project Workflow Management: Organize project files, maintain asset archives, and deliver final rendered outputs within established project timelines.
Job Requirment
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience in motion design, 2D animation, or visual effects.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred; however, practical skill, creativity, and a proven track record are valued above formal credentials.
- Portfolio / Showreel: Must possess a strong and up-to-date Portfolio or Showreel demonstrating previous commercial or creative motion graphics projects.
- Design Expertise: Solid mastery of design principles, typography, color harmony, visual composition, and digital advertising standards.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong team spirit, accountability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle creative deadlines effectively.
