The Manager - Accounts Receivable will have responsibilities that include:

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Manage credit control activities and assess customer credit limits.
• Prepare regular receivable reports and support month-end financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and customer account inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirment

A bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field is required.
Candidates holding professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA, or those with a master’s degree, will have an added advantage.

Applicants should have between 6 and 8 years of experience in receivables management, credit operations, or debt collection.
Previous experience in a leadership role is essential, with at least 3 years managing teams or supervising related functions. Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
