Job Summary

    • Under supervision of Area Manager, the Incumbent will perform the following Duties and Responsibilities and to implement General Rules & Regulations in daily HR activities.
    • Duties & Responsibilities

The IRW Jobs in Bamyan, (Human Resources Officer) will have responsibilities that include:

    • Prepare the recruitment plan (HRP) for new projects with coordination of the relevant department.
    • To ensure a transparent and bias-free recruitment process is practiced in accordance with standards outlined in general policies and procedure.
    • Initiate recruitment processes for new staff and ensure timely response to meet the deadline.
    • To post the vacancies on appropriate sources at websites and ensure their circulation through all staff group.
    • Performs longlisting the recently closed positions and support the assign recruitment committee members with shortlisting of the position.
    • To coordinate and communicate with relevant teams to introduce a representative for recruitment committee members.
    • Schedule test/interviews for Kabul based position and inform the shortlisted candidates through email and phone calls.
    • To assure that all staff accurate data/information are inserted in the staff master list (General list,
    • To perform the reference verification both professional and IAMS for all new joiners
    • Prepare the IAMS report on a monthly basis.
    • Prepare required documents (Summary of attendance, bank accounts, Leaver list, new joiner list and time sheets) of payroll

      Learning & Development

    • Provide support in employees’ training needs assessment, analysis and develop plans on delivery of training & development modes with consultation of line supervisor.
    • Assist People and Culture Coordinator in identifying the preferred trainings services providers and explore & use cost effective methods of delivery (e-learning, web based etc.).
    • New Joiners Induction
    • To planning and providing inductions to the new joiners.

      Staff Wellbeing

    • To provide support in ensuring that staff wellbeing interventions contribute towards organization’s wining culture.
    • To assist in developing guidelines on staff health, mental wellbeing and safety and provide support to employees.

      Contract Management:

    • Proccing staff contracts and follow up with area HRs.
    • Processing Offers for the new staff. Till April-23 I was responsible for contract and offers management.
    • Providing contract extensions for projects staff and core staff.
    • Proccing Termination and contract notice letters for the staff.

      HRIS:

    • Handling HRIS and adding new joiners to the HIRS.
    • Providing HRIS orientation for the new joiners.
    • Supporting Area HRs on HIRS.

      AX System:

    • Adding new joiners to the AX system.
    • Supporting Area HRs on AX System.

      Monthly Timesheet/Attendance Sheet:

    • Developing staff timesheet on a monthly basis.
    • Reviewing monthly timesheets.

Job Requirment

    • Bachelor Business Administration (BBA), Economic or any other related Field
    • Experience:
    •    Minimum 3-5 work experience in HR Section in the similar position with the national and International Organization.
    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
    •  Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
    •  Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS System
    •   Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
