Job Summary

• Payment of all cash and bank related documents
     Cash payment for National and international employees and Suppliers.
    Payment to suppliers to check the support documents in compliance with SCI Policy. 
     Top up requesting for   AFN for office uses in the time which is required. 
    Preparation of Cash reconciliations
      Filing System
     Checking of vouchers received from Sub offices in order to maintain the internal controls b.    Filing of KBL voucher GJV Payroll   Accrual   Bank and Cash
   Labeling files for Cash payment, Bank Payment, GJVs, Payrolls, Accruals, Tax payments and  MFR.
   Provide necessary support during internal and  external audit  exercise:
     Data entry and banking
    Entry of Bank payments and.
   Clearing all advances outstanding with staffs and Reconciling  the  key accounts
     Bank Reconciliation
   Preparation of bank Signatory Removal and  addition letter taking  signature from  signatories and submitted to the  bank.
    Submission   of Transfer letter to The Bank f.    Submission and follow  up tax  to MTO
     Others
  Under supervisor instructions:
    Perform balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation b.    Extraction of Gland Filing of MFR
      Provision of Documents to Internal I External Audit
   Assist in covering for any other position  in the  Director, Finance team during  vacancy, leaves,  or high workload.
    Other tasks as assigned
     Ready to work to respond to any natural disaster or emergency anywhere in
  Afghanistan

Job Requirment

• 4 years' experience in a corporate or an NGO
    Bachelors' degree in relevant field, BBA, Economics 
      Experience in the JD related tasks
   experience of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
   good communication and interpersonal skills
   Willingness and ability to change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in
   the event of emergencies
    Understanding of Save the Children's vision and mission and a commitment to its values
   Written and verbal fluency in   English
     Preference will be given to the people who live in Kunar Province.
