Created in 1993, ACTED is an international non-governmental organization pursuing a dual mandate of emergency response and development interventions in 40 of some of the world’s most vulnerable countries affected by conflicts, disasters or socio-economic hardship. Job Summary

• Respect existing financial procedures and send all accounting documents to country office.
• Follow up financial indicators of ACTED projects
• Help the country office to have a clear vision of the area’s financial situation.

The Finance Officer - Kapisa will have responsibilities that include:

 Follow up of financial and accountancy procedures of ACTED (Country);

• Accountable of efficient flow of financial and accountancy information to country finance;
• Financial accountability of his area’s project;
• Cost Control:
• Ensures that all resources of his area is allocated on the project;
• Ensures that the running cost of his area is not raising up from the standard norms;
• Ensures that non allocated resources are not used on any project, unless an approval is given by the Country Finance Manager;
• Internal Control:
• Documentation management in the area  level;
• Accountable of procurement documentation;

Job Requirment

• BBA or certified accounting diploma.
• 3 years financial/administrative background/experience of none-profit organization.
• Accounting software familiarities (quick book) or relevant accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, advance MS excel skills.
• Good communication skill.
• Ability to write reporting in English.
