The Finance Officer will have responsibilities that include:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Monitor operational costs, inventory expenses, and financial transactions to promote cost efficiency.
- Process payroll and other employee-related financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Verify financial documentation, budgets, and approvals related to procurement and supplier payments.
- Reconcile financial, inventory, and distribution records and maintain accurate data in accounting systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and reliable financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audits, banking activities, and other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirment
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of financial management, accounting practices, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and strong attention to accuracy and detail.
