The Deputy Network Manager will have responsibilities that include:
- Assist in network design, implementation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Support network security, firewall management, user support, and technical training.
- Coordinate system upgrades, vendor communication, and maintain network documentation and inventory.
- Provide branch support, troubleshoot network issues, and assist during critical incidents.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, act on behalf of the Network Manager when required, and stay updated with modern networking technologies.
Job Requirment
- Associate Degree in IT or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
- Candidates with CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications will receive priority consideration.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing and supporting network systems, preferably in banking environments.
- Strong understanding of network operations, data usage, and technical processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
- Strong analytical abilities with proven problem-solving and process management skills.
- Capable of handling technical responsibilities independently with a hands-on working approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and adapt to changing operational requirements.
