Key responsibilities of Cashier - Spin Boldak:
- Cash Position: Maintain an adequate operational cash balance within the cash box at all times.
- Banknote Verification: Inspect and authenticate banknotes thoroughly to identify and filter out counterfeit currency.
- Daily Reconciliation & Closing: Perform daily transaction balancing in accordance with standard operating procedures and accurately count physical cash at the end of each business day for system closure.
- Document Accuracy: Verify that all submitted banking documents and transaction slips are accurate, valid, and fully completed.
- Identity Verification: Perform proper identity checks for all clients and customers conducting cash operations.
- Signature Matching: Cross-check client signatures against registered specimen signatures and system authorizations.
- Internal Transaction Scrutiny: Scrutinize internal cash transactions to ensure appropriate approvals and authorized sign-offs.
- Backup Duties: Act as a backup to the Head Cashier whenever necessary to ensure seamless cash desk operations.

Job Requirment
- High School Graduation is mandatory; higher education qualifications are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience relevant to the position.
- Banking Software: Familiarity with the Flex-Cube core banking system is a strong advantage.
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Fast data entry capabilities combined with high precision and flexibility.
- Languages: Effective written and verbal communication skills in Dari, Pashto, and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal competencies and team-building capabilities.
