Job Summary

• Maintain and update personnel files for all regional AKES, A staff, ensuring that files are complete and accurate.
•  Support the HR team with the recruitment process, including drafting and posting job announcements, collecting job applications, contacting shortlisted candidates for interviews, and conducting reference checks for successful candidates.
•  Collect, distribute, and maintain records of all staff ID cards.
•   Assist the HR team with payroll processing, including checking support staff overtime and addressing unpaid leave.

Key responsibilities of AKES Jobs in Baghlan, (Regional Assistant, Human Resources):

• Support employees with processing leave applications in the HRIS system.
•  Maintain and update regional attendance records.
•   Report any misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of policies and ensure all HR activities comply with AKES, A HR policy.
•  Any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
•  To carry out the roles and responsibilities in a way which reflects AKES, A’s commitment to protecting children, beneficiaries, partners, community members and employees in accordance with Safeguarding Manual and Child Safeguarding Policy.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ HR management.
•   At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Desired Competencies:
•  Experience working with HRIS is preferred.
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Farsi.
•  Good knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements in Afghanistan.
•  Advanced knowledge and skills in using computers.
