AGENCY FOR ASSISTANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF AFGHANISTAN (AADA)
AADA was founded in 2005 with the main aim of providing quality health and social services, professional capacity building, and promotion of equal access of communities to developmental and humanitarian services. AADA also responds to the needs of the Afghan people in accordance with the principles and fundamentals of civil society organizations.
Quality improvement, geographic expansion, diversification of funding, institutional development, gender equity, women empowerment and community development are among the main strategic directions reflected in the “AADA Strategic Plan”.
In its long life AADA has operated in 33 provinces of Afghanistan and has successfully implemented more than 125 health and health-related projects, including 28 education/capacity development projects. AADA is a multi-donor funded organization in partnership with the Government of Afghanistan and other international donors including USAID, World Bank, Global Fund and UN agencies.
Job Summary
- Providing administrative support and assistance to program staff and beneficiaries.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and ensuring adequate levels of necessary supplies at all time.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filling systems.
- Operating copy equipment, printers and other equipment necessary.
- Maintaining of vehicles log books against fuel and oil spending.
- Ensure that the structure of the compound, electricity, water and doors, are in working order and any faults are repaired quickly.
- Keep an up -to-date list of all assets. Make an asset list for the more expensive assets. as outlined in the AADA guidelines, and send to monthly base.
The AADA Jobs in Herat, (Finance /Admin officer) will have responsibilities that include:
- Managing records and receipts.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation.
- Preparing Income & expense report.
- Processing vouchers.
- Review invoices and statements and approved payment. Supervise maintenance of and conduct checks on accounting records and documents to ensure accuracy of information.
- Make sure that the office is always kept in orderly and fashion.
Job Requirment
- BBA in business administration or relevant field ; further training will be plus
- At least Two years working experience as Admin/Finance officer with national and international NGOs
