Key responsibilities of Unarmed Guard - Security (Casual):

Job Responsibilities:

• Access Control & Log Management: Monitor and regulate access to company premises, verifying credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors while maintaining accurate entry/exit logbooks.
• Patrolling & Perimeter Security: Conduct systematic security patrols across the facility to ensure doors, gates, windows, and restricted areas remain fully secure against unauthorized access.
• Surveillance & Incident Response: Monitor security systems, report suspicious activities or breaches, and coordinate with the central control room and emergency services during fire, security threats, or equipment hazards.
• Asset & Infrastructure Protection: Support the physical safety of high-security zones, including sensitive telecommunications hardware, data rooms, and core power systems.
• Screening & Operations: Operate security screening tools and detection equipment to prevent prohibited or unsafe items from entering restricted company zones.
• Documentation & Shift Compliance: Maintain daily security logs, draft incident reports (detailing theft, property damage, or safety hazards), and work flexible rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays in compliance with internal safety protocols.

Job Requirment

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: High School Graduate (12th Grade Certificate).
• Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant practical experience in security operations, physical asset protection, or access control management.
