The Social Media Officer will have responsibilities that include:

• Manage and grow Ariana Television’s social media and digital platforms by creating engaging content, publishing posts, and interacting with audiences across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities to improve reach and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and partners to support the organization’s communication and marketing goals.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, professionally written in Dari, Pashto, and English, aligned with brand guidelines, and compliant with platform policies and applicable regulations before it goes live.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and maintain high standards of quality across all digital communications.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, content creation, and social media best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while effectively managing deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and Adobe Photoshop for creating high-quality graphics and thumbnails is required.
• Experience in the media or broadcasting industry is considered an advantage. Candidates should be committed to delivering high-quality work and completing key responsibilities before the end of each working day.
