The Senior Graphic and Motion Designer will have responsibilities that include:

• Identify and create engaging video content from Ariana Television programs for all social media and video platforms owned and operated by Ariana Television, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, Dailymotion, WhatsApp, the website, LinkedIn, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
• Design and produce high-quality graphic and motion content for television broadcasts, digital platforms, and other clients, including Bayat Foundation, Bayat Power, AWCC, ANS, and others.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop, conceptualize, and execute effective and engaging visual concepts.
• Ensure that all assigned design projects are completed and delivered within the required timelines.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all design and visual content.
• Provide creative ideas, input, and appropriate solutions to address various design-related challenges.
• Collaborate closely with producers to understand design requirements and ensure their accurate and effective implementation.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met without compromising the quality of the final output.
• Take responsibility for all tasks and projects assigned through the designated reporting line.

Content Review and Publishing:

• Carefully review and double-check all content before it is published online to ensure its accuracy and quality in all aspects. This includes preparing professional and relevant captions in Dari, Pashto, and English; selecting appropriate hashtags and keywords; ensuring that the content complies with applicable social media rules and regulations; and making sure that all graphics are consistent with the established style guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of all graphic elements used in the content and ensure that they are appropriate before publication.

Expected Deliverables and Performance:

• Deliver visually appealing, high-quality graphic and motion design content within the required timelines.
• Consistently follow established brand guidelines, creative standards, and visual requirements.
• Maintain effective collaboration with the creative team and other relevant stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining the required level of quality.
• Provide innovative ideas and creative contributions that support the continuous improvement of overall design processes and workflows.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience working as a Graphic and Motion Designer within a broadcasting or media environment.
• Strong command of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other relevant applications.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating experience across a variety of graphic design and motion design projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling tight deadlines and time-sensitive assignments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and design quality.
• A strong commitment to completing and delivering assigned tasks within the specified timelines.
