The Senior Analyst - Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management will have responsibilities that include:
- Monitor revenue streams and conduct regular checks to identify and prevent revenue leakage.
- Investigate revenue-related issues, determine root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data from multiple systems and prepare revenue performance reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
- Monitor revenue assurance system alerts and take timely action to resolve identified issues.
- Support revenue recovery efforts and help minimize financial losses across assigned services and products.
- Conduct trend analysis, revenue forecasting, and pricing assessments to improve business performance and competitiveness.
- Investigate anomalies in billing, charging, invoicing, and suspected fraud cases to ensure revenue accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirment
- Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional experience of three years or more will be considered a strong advantage.
