Job Summary

• The Cook work closely with the 2nd cook of Office and assist the 2nd cook when needed.
• He is responsible for buying food items and preparing lunch for all expatriates and National staff.
• He is preparing tea for office staff each morning and beginning of afternoon.
• Objective 1: Cooking
• Activities/Main duties:
• Purchase daily fresh product for daily cooking.
• Prepare and cook food healthy and in good quality
• Knowledge of use, cleaning, and safe handling and breakdown of all equipment
• Cook one equilibrate lunch per worked day for expatriates and national staff

The PU-AMI Jobs in Kabul, (Cook/Cleaner) will have responsibilities that include:

• Prepare lunch on time
• Objective 2: Clean the kitchen
• Activities/Main duties:
• Responsible for the care and cleanliness of kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of kitchen and storage
• Maintain clean the kitchen all the time.
• Washing and Maintain kitchen equipment and cooking tools clean and keep it ordered.   
• Objective 3: Others responsibilities
• Activities/Main duties:
•  Any other task given by supervisor
• Inform HR regarding the need and problem they have for cooking.
•  Inform HR Manager or National HR Manager if any material is damaged.

Job Requirment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferable
•  At least one year culinary experience preferable
•  Knowledge of cooking techniques
• Positive personality
•  Healthy
•  Serious
•  Rigorous
•  Discreet
