The Project Manager will have responsibilities that include:
- Manage and oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and available resources.
- Develop and maintain project management tools, including work plans, budgets, reports, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate project teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Maintain project documentation and track performance to ensure successful achievement of objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, media networks, and relevant organizations.
- Organize meetings, support collaboration among partners, and identify solutions to project challenges.
- Apply leadership and project management skills to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service abilities.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to quickly understand project objectives, processes, and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management software.
