The Presenter will have responsibilities that include:

• Present live and recorded entertainment programs with professionalism, confidence, and an engaging on-screen presence that captures audience attention.
• Research program topics, guests, and current entertainment trends to ensure each broadcast is well-prepared, informative, and relevant.
• Work collaboratively with producers, directors, scriptwriters, and other production staff to deliver high-quality television programs from planning through execution.
• Review and become fully familiar with scripts, cue cards, production schedules, and broadcast guidelines before every live or recorded show.
• Conduct engaging and insightful interviews with celebrities, artists, performers, public figures, and other invited guests.
• Build meaningful interaction with audiences through studio participation, social media platforms, and other digital engagement channels.
• Deliver smooth transitions between program segments, performances, competitions, promotional features, and commercial breaks while maintaining the flow of the show.
• Remain calm and adaptable during live broadcasts by responding effectively to unexpected situations, timing adjustments, and production changes.
• Follow studio instructions and maintain clear communication with the control room throughout broadcasts to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Encourage audience participation through interactive discussions, games, contests, and other engaging entertainment activities.
• Uphold the organization's professional image, editorial standards, and core values in all on-air and off-air responsibilities.
• Represent the organization at promotional events, media campaigns, public appearances, and special productions whenever required.
• Coordinate with makeup, wardrobe, and studio teams to maintain a polished and professional appearance on screen.
• Keep up to date with developments in the entertainment industry, including television, film, music, popular culture, and digital media.
• Protect the confidentiality of production materials and organizational information, submit required activity reports on time, and perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Content Manager, Executive Producer, or immediate supervisor.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Performing Arts, or another relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in television presenting, entertainment broadcasting, media production, or a related position.
• Strong presentation, communication, interviewing, and public speaking skills with a confident on-camera personality.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management abilities, with the capacity to perform effectively in fast-paced and live broadcasting environments.
• Creative, energetic, and audience-oriented, with strong improvisation skills and the ability to keep viewers engaged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other basic computer skills.
• Fluency in both Dari and Pashto is required, while English language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
