ORCD
Established in 2011, ORCD is an Afghan national organization registered with the Ministry of Economy. ORCD’s efforts are guided by its mission “Using evidence-based best practice approach, empower communities to set and achieve their own development goals”. ORCD is the first Afghan NGO representing civil societies in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)of the United Nations. Such a status had never been granted to any Afghan NGO ever before in the history of Afghanistan.
Job Summary
- Act according to the policy of ORCD.
.Mobilize the target communities to project intervention, procedures and policy and to
inspire them to actively play their role in the promotion of project aims.
Trained through providing psychosocial training sessions.
Collecting the data in the field.
Key responsibilities of ORCD Jobs in Baghlan, (Community Mobilizer ):
- Necessary information will be provided to the targeted returnees about the reintegration
process
Questionnaire will be developed & Interviews will be conducted with the participants
through FGDs or individual interviews.
Job Requirment
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, Sociology, education, business administration any other related field..
A minimum of 3 years work experience in psychosocial, specially reintegration of
returnees - Knowledge and skills:
- Good knowledge of reading and writing of English
Good knowledge of communication and building relations.
Understand community concepts and behavior.
High flexibility and accept the position challenge
High knowledge of reading and writing of Dari.
