Job Summary

• The Graphic Designer directly reports to the GFX/ANIMATION Team Leader. The graphic designer's primary responsibility is to develop creative artwork based on the brief given them at a scheduled delivery time.
   

The MOBY Jobs in Kabul, (Graphic Designer) will have responsibilities that include:

• GD always goes for efficient resource usage. 
• GD prepares and develops a design concept and layout for a motion graphic project based on the project brief. Responsible for designing and creating appealing motion graphics solutions. 
• GD participates in brainstorming sessions and creative talks, helping the team with idea generation and concept development. 
• GD works closely with producers and the sound team to resolve technical and design issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Adhere to and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines, and SOPs.
• Multi-tasker: ability to manage multiple tasks productively and prioritize accordingly
• GD constantly improves problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• GD is hard-working, dependable, takes the initiative, and is entirely dedicated. "Can-Do" attitude and willingness to take on challenging projects.

• GD proactively supports GFX/Animation Team Leader in the project, resource, and budget planning and with on-time delivery. 
• GD works closely with the Promo Producers and sound designers on project details.

Job Requirment

•  Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields/High School Certificate.
•   2 years of relevant experience with broadcast creative teams.
•   At least 1-year experience as a 3D Artist (stylized and realistic)
•  Strong knowledge on current 3D software (cinema 4d or blender)
•  Strong knowledge of software render engines.
•   creating high-quality 3D Models & Textures,
•  working closely with the Art Lead and Senior members of the team to make sure the artistic vision is coming to life,
•  Organized thinking with a strong creative skill set.
•  Understanding of creative workflow.
•   Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with good interpersonal skills.
•   Hard-working, dependable, takes initiative and is completely dedicated.
•  Able to manage stressful situations.
• A bility to respond under rapid and/or constantly changing priorities and deadlines with frequent interruptions.
