The Media Manager will have responsibilities that include:
- Create and manage engaging content for the bank’s website, blog, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. Design high-quality graphics, promotional materials, advertisements, and publications while ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Capture and edit photos and multimedia content, maintain the bank’s website, and oversee the production and distribution of digital and printed marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts, interact with online audiences, and develop creative content in English, Dari, and Pashto to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with media partners, monitor advertising campaigns, manage media contracts and budgets, and ensure all promotional materials meet quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop new marketing initiatives, support communication activities, and perform other duties assigned by the department management.
Job Requirment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in media, communications, or a similar role.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto, along with proven experience in developing and managing media campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. Applicants should be capable of creating engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and press releases while maintaining effective relationships with media partners.
- Excellent analytical, research, decision-making, and time management skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
