The Master Trainer will have responsibilities that include:

• Develop training manuals, modules, and educational materials based on project objectives and requirements.
• Conduct training needs assessments and design effective capacity-building programs for teachers and staff.
• Plan and deliver teacher training, coaching sessions, and professional development activities.
• Provide classroom observation, supportive supervision, and on-the-job guidance to improve teaching quality.
• Monitor training implementation, evaluate outcomes, collect data, and prepare regular reports.
• Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and effective use of learning materials.
• Ensure classrooms are safe, properly equipped, and aligned with education quality standards.
• Maintain training records, documentation, and coordinate with education stakeholders.
• Promote safeguarding practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor to support project goals.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Planning, Educational Leadership and Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in an accredited educational institution or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, including preparation of session plans for short-term capacity-building activities.
• Excellent command of Pashto and Dari languages, with strong English proficiency in reading, writing, and communication.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, multimedia tools, internet, and email applications.
• Strong writing, reading, speaking, and typing skills in English, Pashto, and Dari.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational objectives.
