    • Develop practical audit methodology, checklists, and procedures to ensure consistent and repeatable evaluations.
    • Continually assess network risks, evaluate current controls, and monitor mitigation progress based on audit outcomes and performance trends.

    • Monitor site-level deviations, assign corrective measures, and track resolution through to final closure.
    • Audit software tools, platforms, and OSS systems to ensure configurations are accurate and data matches real-world field conditions.
    • Pinpoint gaps in platform adoption, document audit trails, and recommend solutions to improve tool usage.
    • Evaluate network behavior, configuration accuracy, and alarm trends against quality benchmarks to deliver actionable technical insights.
    • Identify performance bottlenecks and drive targeted continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network stability and customer experience.

    • Analyze drive test logs, propagation models, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strict adherence to network design guidelines.
    • Inspect microwave and fiber transmission links to confirm they meet latency, throughput, jitter, and loss standards, while verifying physical topology matches design plans.
    • Evaluate redundancy, failover capacity, and fault tolerance across transmission paths to guarantee service continuity and SLA adherence.

    3. Contract Compliance & Vendor Verification:

    • Review vendor contracts, SLA metrics, and operational deliverables to ensure full alignment with contractual commitments.
    • Benchmark actual performance against defined targets and draft verification reports with corrective actions whenever KPIs fall short.
    • Head performance review meetings with vendors and key internal teams to address operational gaps.

    4. Disaster Recovery (DR) Site Verification:

    • Perform regular audits on disaster recovery facilities, failover mechanics, and backup infrastructure.
    • Verify site readiness, redundancy systems, and operational recovery paths to fulfill business continuity and SLA obligations.

    5. Regulatory & Licensing Compliance

    • Oversee regulatory and licensing compliance audits in accordance with telecom laws and regulatory bodies (such as ATRA).
    • Maintain accurate evidence, operational records, and complete documentation required for external regulatory reviews and inspections.

    6. Quality Assurance & Operational Enhancement:

    • Define quality benchmarks and evaluation standards across all network operations and internal audit procedures.
    • Guide quality improvement programs based on historical data, operational insights, and audit trends.
    • Organize internal quality workshops and foster best-practice adoption across technical divisions.

    7. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

    • Build and manage central repositories for audit policies, procedural guides, and supporting evidence.
    • Create and deliver practical training programs to prepare internal teams for audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality management.
