Key responsibilities of DABS Jobs in Kabul, (Manager of Building Survey and Design - Center):

• نظارت متواتر از جریان پروژه های ساختمانی تحت کار مطابق به ضرورت در مرکز و تمام ولایات. 
• ترتیب اسناد تخنیکی پیشنهادات ترمیماتی تعمیرات، سب استیشن ها وپایه های لین انتقال قبلاً  کارشده (نظر به پیشنهادات ارسالی ).
• طرح و دیزاین تعمیرات جدید برای مرکز و واحد های دومی و سومی ولایات.
• تنظیم کارمندان به منظور برآورد ثانی جهت تسلیمی امورات ساختمانی در حال ختم.
• ترتیب اسناد تخنیکی برای پیشنهادات حفظ مراقبت بند های آبی .
• ترتیب پلان کاری برای کارمندان مدیریت ساختمان.
• تنظیم نمودن پیشنهادات حفظ مراقبت تعمیراتی مرکز و ولایات.
• اشتراک به جلاسات مرتبط به امورات ساختمانی.                                        
• ترتیب پلان مالی هر ساله مبنی به ضرورت امورات ساختمانی هر واحد.
• دیزاین تهداب برای تاور های لین انتقال و تجهیزات سب استیشن ها 

Job Requirment

• لیسانس در رشته انجنیری ساختمان
• یک و نیم سال تجربه کاری مرتبط به بست
• توانایی تشویق، رهبری و توانمند سازی سایرین در برآوردن اهداف سازمانی د افغانستان برشنا شرکت.
• ژرف نگر و آشنایی کافی به قوانین و مقررات مالی قانون شرکت ها و سایر قوانین و مقرارت تجارتی مربوط به کشور و استندرد های بین المللی محاسبوی.
• آشنای کامل با لسان های ملی (دری و پشتو) و انگلیسی.
• توانایی ایجاد و حفظ روابط کاری مثبت با طرفین ذیربط.
