Key responsibilities of DABS Jobs in Kabul, (Control management employee):

• همکاری در ویزه اسناد در هماهنگی با آمر مافوق در روشنایی قوانین و مقرارات نافذه.
• همکاری در ایجاد سیستم بهتر مالی و حسابی در اداره.
• بررسی دوباره و کنترول اسناد تدارکاتی مطابق قوانین نافذه و طرزالعمل‌های تدارکاتی برشنا.
• سنجش کیلوواتی و کنترول اسناد های اصلاحی مطابق پالیسی فروشات انرژی برشنا.
• سنجش و کنترول تعرفه ‌های تحویلی مطابق پالیسی فروشات انرژی.
• همکاری در تطبیق اوامر، هدایات و فیصله های جلسات اداره به وقت معینه.
• حفظ اسرار اداره در همه حالات.
• همکاری در طرح های مناسب جهت حل مشکلات امور یومیه بخش مربوطه.
• استفاده بهتر از وسایل اداره غرض کاربرد و دوام بیشتر.
• شفافیت بهتر در همه عرصه های کاری.
• همکاری در ایجاد سیستم بهتر مالی و حسابی در اداره.
• اجرای سایر وظایف محوله

Job Requirment

• لیسانس در رشته اقتصاد و یا اداره و تجارت
• تجربه کاری لازمی نمیباشد
• دانستن پروسیجرها و میتود های مالی و حسابی بر اساس قوانین افغانستان.
• دانستن منبع تدارکات ، نرخ و کیفیت مواد و وسایل.
• مهارت های عالی در کمپیوتر از قبیل برنامه های مایکروسافت (اکسل ، ورد ، اکسس ) دیتابیس، اسپریت شیت و پاورپاینت و توانایی فراگیری بسته های جدید نرم افزار.
• استعداد حسابی عالی بشمول توانایی اجرای محاسبات جمع، تفریق، ضرب، تقسیم، فیصدی و صورت حساب ها.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر شفاهی و کتبی.
• اجرای سایر مسئولیت های محوله
