The Creative Producer will have responsibilities that include:

• The Creative Producer (CP) is responsible for ensuring efficient use of resources while planning and executing creative projects. The role includes developing promotional plans, concepts, and storyboards based on project briefs, as well as creating engaging copy and innovative creative solutions.
• The CP actively participates in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, contributing ideas and supporting concept development. The position requires close collaboration with videographers, graphic designers, producers, and sound teams to address technical and production-related challenges.
• The CP must stay updated with the latest production techniques, follow company policies, guidelines, and SOPs, and effectively manage multiple tasks by prioritizing responsibilities.
• The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, dedicated, and demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude toward challenging projects.
• The CP should have the ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions while maintaining punctuality and ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted on time.

Job Requirment

• Candidates should have a High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• The position requires at least three years of experience in creative production or content development.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging creative ideas are essential.
• Experience in preparing promotional plans, concepts, and storyboards is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with creative and production teams.
• Knowledge of modern production techniques and industry trends is required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities are necessary.
• The ideal candidate should be reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
