The Computer and English Teacher will have responsibilities that include:

• Arrive at school 30 minutes before classes and complete 24–36 teaching hours per week.
• Teach assigned classes and cover for absent teachers when required.
• Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans using appropriate teaching methods and materials.
• Maintain student attendance, academic records, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Assign homework, support students’ individual learning needs,and create a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Prepare and evaluate examinations and accurately record students’ results and academic performance.
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, workshops, examinations, and educational activities.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents/guardians, colleagues, and school administration.
• Follow school policies, Ministry of Education regulations, confidentiality requirements, and Child Protection and Safeguarding principles.
• Cooperate with colleagues and administration and contribute to school programs and activities.
• Inform the administration in advance when leaving the school is necessary and follow applicable leave procedures
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the school or organization.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use common office applications.
• Strong command of English, with good proficiency in Dari and Pashto.
• Strong professional ethics, sense of responsibility, and effective communication skills.
