OCCD, established and registered with the Ministry of Economy in 2013 with number of 3032, is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political and independent organization. OCCD has a board of trustee (BOT) which is comprised of volunteer members who are working outside the organization
Job Summary
- Give the necessary supervision, care, and advice to women during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period.
- Manage complications in pregnancy and childhood, in accordance with the principles of basic emergency obstetric care.
- Provide primary care to women of reproductive age, in accordance with BPHS ( ANC, Delivery, PNC and FP)
- Support the provision of primary health care within the community.
- Counsel and educate women, the family and the community, in relevant areas of health including preparation for parenthood and childbirth.
The Community Midwife for outreach team Job at in Multi Location With ( 12 Vacancies ) will have responsibilities that include:
- Obtain specialized assistant as necessary (Consultation or referral).
- Perform limited, select administrative duties such as patient charting, recording, and reporting, and reporting of data, clinic and/or facility management, or coordination of specific health educational or outreach program.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement initiative, safety, environmental, and infection prevention standard.
- Identify and report immediately any problem which interfere in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to team leader, and team leader to his/her immediate supervisor.
- Participate in weekly meeting to share information and discuss the program progress.
Job Requirment
- At least 2 years of practical working experience as midwife
- Able to write read and speak Dari and Pashtu
- Good English writing and speaking of Knowledge
