The Cleaner will have responsibilities that include:

• Clean and maintain the TFU ward, rooms, corridors, toilets, kitchen, and play areas daily
• Wash linens and ensure hygiene standards are followed
• Dispose of waste and support proper waste management
• Assist with basic tasks such as preparing warm water, heating stoves, and supporting staff when needed
• Follow infection prevention, child care hygiene, and organizational policies
• Support feedback and accountability activities when required

Job Requirment

• Previous experience working as a cleaner in an NGO or office is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Resident of Paktika Province, preferably near Khair Kot District Hospital
• Able to perform duties comfortably and reliably
• Ability to speak Pashto and Dari
