The Business Development Intern will have responsibilities that include:
- Conduct detailed online research to gather reliable information about businesses, products, and market opportunities.
- Review assigned requirements, specifications, and supporting documents to ensure a clear understanding of project needs.
- Source and evaluate qualified suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers that meet business requirements.
- Obtain, compare, and monitor quotations, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment conditions from potential vendors.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain business data within company databases and information systems.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and review of proposals, reports, and other business-related documentation.
- Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, compliance with requirements, and proper formatting before submission.
- Maintain professional communication with suppliers, clients, and international partners through email and other communication channels.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met efficiently.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation in line with the company's document management procedures.
- Provide operational support to different departments whenever required, based on business priorities and management direction.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned responsibilities.
Job Requirment
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with strong research, computer, communication, and analytical skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to conduct online research, manage documents, perform price analysis, and maintain accurate data entry.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Competencies: Strong attention to detail, effective organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks while working efficiently under pressure.
- Other Requirements: Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts and manage multiple assignments within strict deadlines.
