Job Summary

• Ghazanfar Bank is seeking for a full-time Branch Manager in Multiple Locations to develop and Implements policies and procedures to streamline the Operation of Ghazanfar Bank.

   

The Branch Manager will have responsibilities that include:

• .Seek opportunities for the branch business development within the related area.
•  Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
•  Responsible for heading up the expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
•   Building relationship with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend.
•  Driving peak performance and sales success across the branch area.
•  Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
•  Achieving approved business targets related to branch for the financial year.
•   Reporting from progress of sales in an ongoing process.
•  Visiting of new customer on daily basis.
•  . Attending to the events, conferences with the prior approval of line manager.
•  Build a strong networking with the businessmen in the area.
•  Maintaining and retaining the existing customers of the branch.
•   Identifying sales opportunities in the market.
•   Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.
•  Providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report to the line manager.
•   Making the brand image of GB in the related branch area.
•  Monitoring customer’s transaction closely for purpose of customer retention.
•   Seeking customers need and satisfactions from GB services.
•   Growing banks number of accounts.
•  Marketing branch within the community to attract business.
•  Managing and oversees all banking policies, procedures and process.
•   Any other responsibility which will be assign by line manager.
•  Must manage the internal controls of the Branch properly and in line with the policies and procedures of the Bank.
•  To ensure that all the Bank Operational and other related Manuals and circulars are strictly followed.
•   To ensure that all the directives with regards to Anti Money Laundering are strictly observed and reporting about suspicious and large transactions is made to the respective department timely and accurately.
•  To ensure that Key Registers for the Vault and Safe Keys are properly maintained and updated.
•  Must ensure that the Branch always remain complied to all the rules, regulations, instructions and guidelines provided by the management through CEO, COO or Compliance Department. Must also ensure that all the required statements/returns from the Branch are submitted to the concerned departments accurately and within the given time frame.

Job Requirment

• . Shall have at least a bachelor's degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting and commerce, master’s degree will be preferred.
•   Professional certifications trainings would be a great asset.
•  . Shall have at least 3 or 5 years of professional experience in Branch Managing.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, extensive knowledge of a complete package of MS Office
