Job Summary

• The regional cashier is responsible for handling regional cash, and bank, paying all authorized vouchers, collecting cash, and securing the cash and documents in custody.

  
   

The AWCC Jobs in Khost, (Regional Cashier) will have responsibilities that include:

• Pay the authorized vouchers and deduct tax per taxation law.
• Collect the cash receipts from customers and brand shops.
• Update the cash book, reconcile daily, and report it to the line manager and head office.
• Apply all measures to secure the cash.
• Daily cash count and present/share it to the line manager and head office.
• Reconcile regional bank statements daily and report to the head office.
• File and scan the vouchers on a daily basis.
• Manage regional petty cash and pass required entries.
• Follow up the advance to employees regularly.
• Assist and justify related documents to auditors.
• Visit brand shops and verify the cash and inventories if required.
• Communicate professionally with peers and team members to solve the issue.
• Report to the regional line manager and head office.
• Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or any other business-related field.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a finance department.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Cash management skills.
• Financial Accounting/Reporting skills.
