Job Summary
- The Microwave Engineer is responsible for performing highly complex MW engineering jobs like MW backhaul activities, having a full concept for implementing the design, supporting the MW team, troubleshooting while implementing, and properly handing stable/fully tested links to the O&M team.
The AWCC Jobs in Kandahar, (MW Engineer ) - ( 2 Vacancies ) will have responsibilities that include:
- MW links installation & configuration; namely (PDH, SDH, and Hybrid).
- Operation of BER test equipment.
- Review any MW-issued link plan and ensure the provision of the equipment.
- Maintain communication between customers and the engineering team about technical issues.
- Fully support the MW team as required.
- Proper handover of stable/fully tested links to the O&M team.
- Any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Telecommunication MW field, including knowledge of various telecommunication products, services, and technologies.
- Fluent in Dari, Pashto & English. (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
- Exceptional interpersonal and relational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
