Engage with senior management on the implementation strategy for safeguarding minimum standards, including MSF Behavioural Commitments. Supervise and monitor all prevention activities, support the establishment of safe reporting channels, and promote a safe environment for staff, patients, and communities. Through this work, manage all Safeguarding/Behaviour Officers or Focal Points and coordinate prevention activities at project level, contributing to a positive change in MSF’s working culture in line with its values and principles. ### Collaboration at Mission Level **Internally:** Work closely with the HoM, Deputy HoM, and Project Coordinators to identify safeguarding and prevention needs across the mission and its projects. Collaborate with the HR Department and Field Coordination team, including Project Coordinators, Project Medical Referents, and other relevant staff, during project visits to plan, monitor, and follow up on all related activities.
