The successful incumbent will be responsible for the field RF-related corrective, proactive activities as assigned as well as data collection for planning and optimization purposes as directed by the department.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience driving test tool TEMS Investigation 18x and 21x, Excel, MapInfo, Google Earth, and Actix Hand GPS.
• Perform different types of DT like Multi-Operator BM DT, Single site verification DT, Cluster Level Optimization DT, and Customer Complain DT to improve the 2G/3G /4G network.
• Primary field-level optimization based on DT by verifying existing coverage, and coverage holes and implementing physical parameter recommendations.
• Collecting field data to investigate and troubleshoot network problems for 2G/3G/4G sites.
• New site/Sector relocation site Survey for the new candidate.
• Work closely with Team Leader or Assistant Manager to ensure project profitability.
• Drive test of the assigned area of the network as per customers’ complaints and also during the visit of VVIP in the assigned area as per instruction.
• Work with complaints reported by customer care.
• Perform physical site audit and site survey.

Qualification:

• Graduated from high school or graduated from a technical school.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Computer skills.
• Deal with high demands, workloads, and emergencies.
• Willing to do the work under pressure and prolonged time.
• Willing to travel extensively (All the regions while required).
