Job Description
Job Description:
Develop a curriculum for training teachers in modern teaching methodologies
Train the girls’ school teachers in creating the lesson plan
Train the girls’ school teachers in evaluating, and tracking the students’ performance
Train the girls’ school teachers in different opening, proceeding, and closing class methodologies.
Train the girls’ school teachers in managing the students’ behaviors in the classroom
Train the girls’ school teachers in maintaining attendance records.
Qualification:
- Have 5 Years of experience in the Field of training and development with a bachelor’s degree in the field of Education Management, Management, or any other relevant field.
- Proficiency in Pashto and Dari is required, Pashto will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of training delivery
- Strong communication Skills
- Good computer application skills
Must have experience in adult learning training
