Duties & Responsibilities

•             Must be people and customer service oriented, have an ability to communicate effectively during a crisis situation and deal with customer in a professional manner

•             Controlling crash gate A & B

•             Monitoring gate security cameras

•             Manage staff exit &coordinating staff exit with the Gat man

•             Registering & coordinating VIP customers vehicles entry

•             Controlling of Bollards during emergency

•             Controlling road blockers during emergency

•             Follow bank regulations and standard operating procedures

•             Deal with in and out of office hours

•             Any other duty as directed by the duty line manager

Qualification:

•         High school graduation is required (Diploma is preferred) 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•         A minimum (3) years’ of experience in security field is preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

•         Be willing to undergo extensive security & reference checks

•         Be at least 30 years of age

•         Have a high school diploma or equivalent

•         Be willing to work shifts on a rotational basis, holidays and week-ends

•         Afghan National, fluent in English with a working knowledge of Dari and / or Pashto

•         Computer knowledge is require.
