• Responsible for implementing of midwifery training activities as per the approved plan
• Developing curriculum, schedule, and training plan for both theoretical and practical training sessions
• Up grading the level of knowledge and skills of the trainees
•  Supervise trainees during their theoretical and practical work
• Develop questions for weekly, monthly and final examination
• Preparing lesson plans for individual sessions
• Develop progress reports of the training sessions on a regular basis for sharing with ACHRO’s regional coordinator
• Facilitate sessions at hospital for the practical work of the trainee midwives

• MD Degree or Bachelor in Midwifery Master Degree in Public Health is preferred.
• At least +3 years work experience in teaching, training with a recognized university/institute or national/international organization in the midwifery field
• Ability and willingness to work in the field/clinical site;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Pashto and Dari is a must and English will be an advantage
