• Monitoring and supervision of the health facilities;
• Conducting on the job training for quality recording , registering and reporting;
• Giving feedback as finding of supervision of the health facilities;
• Ensuring that CRFM and GRM system is in placed;
• Working with other doctors as part of a team, either in the same department or within other specialties;
• Collecting the report, information and data on monthly basis analyzing the data and reporting the data on time.
• Ensure that the data is reported through DHIS2, Report Hub and other reporting system;
• Promoting health education;
• Ensure that the quality standard applied in the HFs.
• Ensure from the IPC in the HFs.
• Conduct any planed survey as per proposal.
• Adherence to all organizational policies and procedures as outlined in RIs’ policies and procedure manuals.
• Conduct him/herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to RI and not to jeopardize its humanitarian mission.

Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Medical Doctor (MD degree)
• At least 2 years work experience in Health sector as M&E.
• Preferably, with international donor-funded projects, UN agencies or NGO’s on relevant programs in Afghanistan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Fluency in Dari and Pashto. Excellent English.
