master trainers will be responsible for overall management and implementation of capacity building interventions of SBC project and other related interventions in Takhar province. More over She/he is responsible to generate Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, and project reports on capacity building activities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in Training of Trainers (ToT) in Kabul, and pass the final knowledge and skills assessment after the TOT.
• Development of a detail training plan for the planned training sessions
• Manage training schedules, attendance sheets, pre and post-training forms, course evaluations, and certificates.
• Ensure that all training aids and materials including PowerPoint slides are available and used during training sessions as per the SBC guidelines.
• Provide a summary report after each session in designated format provided by JACK.
• He /She shall perform the services diligently and in accordance with the highest professional standards all the times.
• Report any issues and challenges faced during the provincial trainings on the spot to regional and national coordinator.
• S/he shall be well prepared before facilitation of each session of training possessing solid command of the technical concepts and skills delivered to participants.
• Travel within province/districts and organize and conduct training workshops for social mobilizers.
• Support logistic support and coordination for the training at provincial level
• Provide on-the-job mentoring, training, and support to social mobilizers.
• Provide updates and reports to the project manager every week and participate in coordination meetings.
• Coordinate the training closely with relevant stakeholders
• Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
• Monitor trained social mobilizer’s performance in coordination with the project manager and write detailed monitoring reports

• Having diploma in medical field  or bachelor’s degree in public health or social sciences from an accredited College/University;
• Resident of Takhar province is preferred;
• Phenomenal communication presentation and public speaking skills;
• Ability and willingness to travel to rural locations in districts
• Fluency in written and spoken local language;
• Prior experience of working in nutrition related programs especially MIYCN
