Job Summary
- Get involved in creating the overall HVC strategy, initiatives and action items to improve the HVC segment’s performance.
- Taking new initiative to launch new products, review the current ones to propose replacements for the HVC segment.
- Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls in order to get the market info.
- Take initiative to launch new products as needed and manage it through its entire lifecycle.
- Align all HVC related activities between all products’ section (CVM, DATA, Voice, Enterprise & VAS)
- Conduct full coordination with rest of the team to execute the project in a perfect manner.
- Update the stake holders about products changes & modifications.
- Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing to educate others about all HVC offers.
The Manager, High Value Customers will have responsibilities that include:
- Monitor the product performance and share his feedback accordingly and also create key changes/offers to improve.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with the development of business plans, Product Documents, Change Requests,
- Find out new ways to communicate products and services to the HVC users and get the plan executed.
- Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders for immediate actions.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue of the HVC segment.
- Manage all the routine marketing product related tasks that come along during the working period.
- Manage products across all channels and ensure accuracy.

- Minimum Bachelor in business.

- The candidate is required to have a good understanding Product management
- Proficiency in writing Report and presentation skills.
- Good command of MS Office Suite
- Understanding of CVM and Product Platforms
