This position is responsible to check internet banking applications, authorization application in the system, playing backup role for assistant manager

Duties & Responsibilities

1.      Understand internet & SMS Banking SOP

2.      Check of Internet & SMS Banking applications

3.      Enrollment of Internet banking applications into the system

4.      Processing of different maintenance request related to internet & SMS Banking

5.      Prepare of different reports based on requests

6.      Supporting of branches

7.      Responding to the customer emails

8.      Monitoring internet banking transactions

9.      Follow issues related to internet banking with IT

10.   Perform given task by supervisor

Qualification:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS       

–          Bachelor in business administration/ economics

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

–          Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronic banking

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

–          Hard working

–          Accountable for the responsibilities

–          Excellent teamwork

–          Self-management competency
